Prices based on a standard pool. ( Pools with spas, water features etc. will be priced accordingly )

Skyview team Responsibilities:
- Drain water off cover
- Bag & remove debris from cover
- Clean cover while on pool
- Fold & place cover in bucket if applicable
- Drain, clean & fold water bags if any
- Re-install deck equipment/lights
- Startup pool equipment (if water level is high enough)
- Re-install pool fittings
- Check system operation
- Add opening kit & 1 jug of chlorine

Partial Inground Pool Opening

Cover Only Package Includes:
- Drain water off cover
- Bag & remove debris from cover
- Clean cover while on pool
- Fold & place cover in bucket if applicable
- Drain, clean & fold water bags if needed

Equipment Only Package Includes:
- Put equipment together
- Install ladders and diving board
- Get the system running
- Check the system for issues

Maintenance & Chemical Program

Take advantage of our 20 week maintenance program. Our professionals will visit your home every week and provide the following.

VACUUMING, BACKWASHING, CLEANING PUMP AND SKIMMER BASKET, ADDING OUR CHEMICALS AS NEEDED AND WILL BE INVOICED AS THEY ARE USED.

IF EXTRA VISITS ARE NEEDED DUE TO HIGH WINDS, STORMS, ETC, EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY $85.00 PER VISIT.

*ANY REPAIRS NEEDED WOULD REQUIRE A SERVICE CALL $120 FOR THE FIRST HALF HOUR+$95 PER SUBSEQUENT HOUR*

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: ENSURE GATE IS UNLOCKED, PETS ARE SECURE IN THE HOUSE, AND PET WASTE IS CLEANED UP OUTSIDE WATER SOURCE TURNED ON & HOSE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE POWER SOURCE AVAILABLE FOR CREW LEAVE OUT POOL VAC & HOSE (for circulation) AND ALL ACCESSORIES FILL POOL WATER TO OPERATING LEVEL (after crew has left)
**FAILURE TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN POSTPONEMENT OF THE OPENING APPOINTMENT & ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR A RETURN CALL**
Weekly Maintenance

Full (20 Weeks) of Weekly Maintenance ($1900 plus tax). Chemicals are additional, and billed on a monthly basis
